IARSDR — Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 18, 2026
IARSDR is an SDR (software-defined radio) receiver application for Android, developed by Isak (PU3IAR) and offered through id.qsl.br.
Data collection
IARSDR does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. No account is required and no personal information is requested.
Permissions and how they are used
- USB access — used exclusively to communicate with an RTL-SDR (RTL2832U) receiver connected to your device. No data from the dongle leaves your device.
- Internet — used only when you choose to connect to an
rtl_tcpserver whose address you provide. The app initiates no other network connections.
Local data
Settings (frequency, gain, language, layout preferences) and any audio/IQ recordings you create are stored only on your device, under the app's own storage area, and can be deleted by you at any time (in-app or by uninstalling the app).
Radio spectrum
The app receives publicly available radio signals through hardware you control. It does not transmit and does not log tuning activity anywhere outside your device.
Changes
Any future changes to this policy will be published at this address and reflected in the app's listing.
